I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the pedestrian zone. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing me to explore all the interesting parts of the city on foot. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel also offered car hire services, which made it incredibly convenient for me to get around. Additionally, the hotel had a wonderful spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities, it ticks all the boxes for a truly enjoyable experience.

I can recommend the hotel especially their restaurant. It was really perfect in all aspects. We stay their only one night but I will remember it much longer.

All the promenade in front of the hotel is in construction. Somebody on City Hall does not know about upcoming high tourist season unfortunately.

Location, nice rooms and swimming pool, good service

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions. Spacious and clean rooms, with a free breakfast included. the hotel staff is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay.

The pool and wellness facilities could use some improvement, as the water in the pool was too cold and the wellness facilities were limited. there were no complementary tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was disappointing.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the old town, making it very easy to explore all the attractions on foot. the spacious rooms were clean and elegant with comfortable beds, and the restaurant served delicious French/Czech cuisine. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, helping us park our car and providing excellent service throughout.

The pool and wellness area left something to be desired, with the pool being too cold and the loungers being difficult to find.

On the first day the receptionist was not very polite. However, all other hotel stuff were polite, helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is tiny and the sauna was not working.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The spa area is also very nice and well arranged, if you are ok with a small swimming pool. It is very well located in the city.

The path between the main building and the spa area, althoug covered, is open to outside air. In the summer this is not a problem, however I don't know how this functions in the winter.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary. Service more then perfect, we could chose between more rooms upon arrival. The view from our romm was very nice. The hotel restaurant simply gorgeous - it has won several prizes and is really fantastic. The service was more than perfect from all the staff. Nearby parking was very nice- you just gave away your key and tke car was parked and brought back when you wanted it. We definitely want to go back!

The hotel is well positioned, and the breakfast is fabulous. The staff is friendly and welcoming, offering secured parking options. Another great thing is the beautiful architecture of the building and the town. The restaurant serves delicious food with a great selection of wine.

The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference, and the room decor was slightly dated.

Nothing at all to dislike. When driving with own vehicle must have navigation to find it though.
